Workshop Request Form
Thanks to our sponsors, our workshops are FREE and we come to you!
Most workshops are available in person or online (Synchronous and/or asynchronous). To see what is currently available .
- In-person workshops: Available only for BC school districts 36–41 and 43–45.
- Online workshops (synchronous or asynchronous): Available anywhere outside this region.
Booking requirements. Requests that do not meet the following criteria will be declined:
- Minimum 3 different classes per day (e.g., one in the morning, one after recess, one after lunch).
- Classes can choose different workshops.
- A personal email for each teacher is required for coordination.
Exceptions to the 3-class rule:
- You request two workshops that are each 2+ hours.
- You are a high school teacher with 3 different science classes (same email allowed in all 3 fields).
- You are from a homeschooling or community group without access to 3+ classes.
Due to popular demand, we are only able to visit each class once per school year. You are welcome to use as many of our asynchronous lesson as you'd like! All our videos are available on our and we are happy to mail out any supplementary materials required to follow along.
